The El Chappo Cleaver, not to be confused with “El Chapo”, is a massive fixed blade meant to do some real damage to whatever it hits. Even though we’re talking about a cleaver knife and not the famous drug lord, this fixed blade is equally as powerful and will get the job done. The knife is made for cutting and processing meat. It glides through meat and makes your time in the kitchen more enjoyable and gets the job done at the same time. Its handle is just the right size to have a good hold on the knife especially with its full tang construction. There is even a lanyard hole at the end of the handle and it comes with a Kydex sheath.
